This direct, on-demand processing model is what allows us to guarantee the turnaround speeds we promise, and it's why those costs can't be reversed once incurred.

Client Autonomy Clause

While processed payments are non-refundable, you retain 100% operational autonomy over your subscription. You can pause or completely terminate your recurring billing tier instantly through your dashboard, with zero penalties, no hidden fees, and no required notice period. The decision to continue is yours alone, renewed every billing cycle.

Execution Guarantee

Cancelling your subscription never affects work already in motion. Any task submitted and queued before your cancellation takes effect will still be completed and delivered with the same premium commitment given to every active subscriber — we finish what we start, every time.
