This architecture is made available for your use, not owned outright, until ownership is explicitly transferred under a separate written agreement.
Sam Designer designs and builds your digital interface — we do not guarantee, imply, or warrant any specific business outcome from its use. End-market growth, client conversions, and overall financial performance depend explicitly on external market forces, market alignment, and client-side execution, none of which are within our control.
Sam Designer is not liable for business loss, missed targets, or performance variances of any kind arising from the use of work delivered under this agreement.
Reusable script elements, foundational framework layouts, and optimization tool blocks developed and maintained by Sam Designer remain protected under our baseline delivery terms. These components are shared assets used across multiple client builds, and are not sold or transferred as part of any individual project.
